More Greenwashing?

I read the book

and I was in awe

February 2006

"Use natural-formula cleaners made from biodegradable vegetable surfactants, non-toxic minerals, and other natural-based materials."

"Use only natural cosmetic and personal care products and avoid synthetic scents and perfumes. When you hug your kids, make sure all they pick up is affection."

I heard the words

and I listened

I believed

March 2010

"To be a truly responsible company....
you can't be opaque."

September 2010

"NAD recommendations call for Seventh Generation to discontinue any express or implied claims that suggest its products do not contain hazardous chemicals"

For more on this click here

Funny, I am sure
I was told
that these products were safe

Were not hazardous

Now all I see is a bunch of

Meaningless words

and when I try to listen

Just because a label says

NATURAL

doesn't make the product
100% Natural

Just because a product is

CERTIFIED ECO/GREEN

by the 1,000's of 3rd party
labels out there

Including EPA, GreenSeal, and

doesn't make the product non-toxic

Don't get sold on a product because of a few

Feel Good words

Find a company that stands behind

Their words

"Nothing matters more
than the quality of our products"

Vickie stands behind her words

Her products are 100% Organic

100% Natural

and she is a perfect fit for me

because I need to stand

behind my words

Eco-Maids mission is

to not compromise

Why would you want to compromise

by putting faith in a company

who does not hesitate to greenwash

to profit from your desire

to feel good

trying to do good
